Thanks honey... I know i can do it.. I am a great salesperson and I think that a newbie does have some characteristics an old tymer doesnt.. ie.. excitement about the job and willingness to be helpful with everyone...

I am gonna call the manager today and touch on some points we havent discussed yet..and well see.... I only need to sell 3 cars a month to basically double what i make now!

BTW.. this post is VW related especially since most people here would be visiting me for a car when the 24v comes out so BLAH!
