Ok.. Lets clear something up.. What mods do you have? If you are a stock automatic LS1 I would think you ran into some poor driving 03 Cobra guys. It looks like you have a 00' LS1 at that so you are down even more horsepower than the 01's and 02's. I have seen many 02 LS1 comparisons against the 03 Cobra and the Cobra always win stock for stock. It takes a good amount of weight reduction for a 290rwhp car to beat a 365 to 370rwhp car.
