Ok...so I stumbled accross this group buy on FocalJet for Stage 2 Crower cams for the Focus. $280 for both cams (which is a damn good price) and $170 for springs and titanium retainers.

Cam specs from Crower site:
http://www.crower.com/ford-focus.shtml

Advertised duration: 271/276
Duration @ .50: 220/228
Gross lift: .371/.374

I know Crower has a bad rep with the Honda folks but so far with the Zetec market they have had no problems. I think I will be getting adjustable cam gears for x-mas and I figure why not install cams at the same time. How neccessary would you think installing the springs would be?

Please offer any feedback ASAP...the group buy ends soon. Thanks.
