When a cop asks you to get out of your car, you don't just get out and try to start running, your going to get thrown to the ground. They take precautions, they don't know what your going to do. Just because she's a woman doesn't give her the right to go running around resisting arrest because her father is in the back of a police car.

I see nothing wrong with what went down there. The guy had ID with him, but refused to show it. If he didn't have ID, then he didn't have a license, and obviously the daughter was in the passenger seat, so what does that tell you? This guy was a jackass who refused to cooperate, therefore he got arrested.
