The bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold have a common problem with coming loose. When this happens it will make the noise you are speaking of. Check it out. Should this be your problem it will be a simple fix.
considering my exhaust does have a tendency to bottom out at random times during the day iam not doubting this theory, iam ging to do a whole gasket replacement, tighten down everything on saturday... and from what you told me on the phone iam pretty confident its ust a little loose... ahem *caugh* i wonder what that "rattling" noise is when its at idle lol IT ALL COMES TOGETHER!
