im tryin to remember if DSM's have intake air temp sensors...if they do, probably spray before it that way itll richen it up some, but there are some kits that have a line that connect to your fuel rail or whatever, that will pump the fuel pressure up right when you spray. i am a big fan of a direct setup though, and with the runners being close and even like they are on a 4g63, it would be very easy to tap them. just need to figure out what sort of valve train i need to handle a 276/274 cam setup
