So what happens if you run on flat pre-programmed maps and then the whether changes dramatically? If the intake temp drops by too many degrees does that mean there is more air getting into the cumbustion camber cause it is more dense? If so then couldn't you in theory be running into the lean side tooooo much with colder weather. Also, what happens to an engine with the fluxuation in humidty? Is the o2 sensor just one of the imputs the computer uses in open loop to make adjustments for such things?
