Well the big thing is are you looking for just a kit or do you really want an assembled shortblock?

If kit only then shop around as places like JD's Performance and ProPower have some really good deals on quality stuff.

If you are actually gonna just buy a shortblock then there are places like Bennet or Keith Craft that have good quality. Are you going with a stock block? If so then most of the kits out there will outlive the block.
