If you do and LS/VTEC you CAN put an LS auto trans on there but you have to be aware: FWD auto trans has ~20% drivetrain loss to the wheels. EXAMPLE: Auto EX puts down about 79WHP. Manual puts down about 106WHP. The gearing would also SUCK for VTEC and you couldnt rev it all the way through the power band without comprimising your tranny (manual shifting an auto).

Thinking out loud is cool and all but I wouldnt suggest really doing it.
