its all about sidewall flexability, actual rubber compound, and operating temp. my falkens have a 200 treadware, but they are total crap in a straight line, crappy million mile radials hook better in a straight line than those. the compound of the rubber is really important, where my falkens are just as good dead cold as they are at what ywould normally be considered good temp, where nittos and other drag tires work best heated. sidewall flex is a huge factor. hope this helps.
