Yeah, instead of recalling their cars for repairs like Ford does, its just assumed that a GM will fall apart one plastic part at a time so nobody bothers with them.
Actualy it is just that GM cars are better engineered than Fords and much better built.
Lets see Ford accomplishments:
1)Pinto aka rollling napalm canister. Fuel tank ruptures caused by >30 MPH rear impacts.
2)Escort. Ford factory workers leave the screws out of the fuel injector rail and wait for the engine fires.(anybody got marshmellows?)
3)Taurus\Crown Victoria. Ford design makes it so the cruise controll is never really off its just in "Stand by Mode," the end result is a vehicle that for no apparent reason accelerates into a wall at WOT.
So you were saying GM has bad quality?
