on a 01 gt, I would get magnaflow or borla cb with a different x or h pipe, depends on money you want to spend and where you want the car to go, flowmasters are nice on the 5.0's, but I dont think they sound or put out like the other exhasut systems do on the 4.6's, esp the 99 and up
