The heat damage to your valve was not from a broken plug, that was due to some severe heat on that valve. Either you don't have enough fuel, or you have some air getting in that combustion chamber somehow, IE an exhaust leak at the header or something.

Granted, don't use those plugs anymore, but if your not going to check on what CAUSED that melting to occur. You need to seriously reconsider using nitrous ever again.
