what make r the adapters and do u know what the ford bolt pattern is thanx

I have no idea who made them. I know that the original owner bought them from GAW Miami. I don't know the bolt pattern but they did come off of a 2001 F-250, which means they will fit F-250s, F350s, Excursions and Hummers for sure. I'm not sure what else....
