Hi Everyone,

We’ve decided to buy a larger car (an SUV). We love our little car, but we need a little more space inside.

We are having the car detailed inside and out this Sunday. It will be available for showing any time after 5 p.m. this Sunday.

The mileage hasn’t reached 50K miles yet, but is very close. It’s a 2012 Toyota Corolla in a metallic light gold color with beige microfiber interior accented with dark gray dash, etc. It has never had any mechanical problems in the 8 years we’ve owned it. It has been taken faithfully every 6 months to Clearwater Toyota for regular maintenance. All of the maintenance documentation will be available for your review. It has been garage-kept and we’ve taken good care of it.

We originally purchased a 6-year, 60k-mile extended warranty on it and never needed it. Just in case, when the 6 years were up, we purchased another 6-year extended warranty that we just finished paying off (24 months of payments) in Feb 2020 to the tune of an interest-free $2535. The warranty is transferable, has 4 years remaining on it, and it should be valued at about $1750.

The tires are original, so the only thing it needs is 4 new tires.

The Kelley Blue Book Private Party average price for this vehicle with that low mileage not including this warranty is $8,372 (the range is $7,642-$9,101). I have that printout available for your review, also. I pulled the KBB data and printed it last night.

Please let me know if you are interested in this car. We’d be willing to sell it with the transferable warranty for $8750. Photos taken today are attached. I found something similar at a dealership for more than $11K.
