look up at the bottom of your hood there will be to stickers that have some diagrams on them. one will list the cars specs and will say either 4agec or 4ac

if it says 4ac then it was an sr5.

And i was taken. If anyone knows a fucking kid named "Vang", give him a good punch for me. Fucker.

Ive dropped the price to $900 for anyone who wants it. I thought i was selling a GTS real cheap, now im aperantly selling an SR5.

Soooo, pissed.

dude its not a big fucking deal. if it was swapped to 4ag and you have the lsd as well then why does it matter?? it DOESNT. some of the nicest 86's ive seen used to be SR5, its the same fuckin car bro, no lie. you wouldnt be upset to buy a SR swapped 240 would you? no its not a real jdm 180sx but its the same exact car when it comes down to it. your sitting on gold man and you dont even know it. finish restoring that thing and paint it white. throw some better susp on there and get matching wheels, after that you could easly cop about $3500 on ebay for it.

Still not A true GTS,The whole point is that he thought he was buying a GTS.I'd be pissed the fuck off too..That's like saying you bought A car off Ebay thinking you'd get a R33 but instead you get A converted rhd s14 240sx..IT'S still not the same and not worth the same ..

If he was told that it was converted when he bought it then that's A diffrent story but that's not the case, he thought he bought a real hatch GTS..
just my thought's on the matter..

it depends on how much he bought it for. if it was cheap i wouldnt care at all. gts or sr5. if a paid good money for a mint gts car because i wanted to keep it stock and simple and it turned out to be sr5 id be pissed big time. but if its just some beater i wouldnt care at all.

Would trading this. . .

For a "GTS" and this. . .

Be concidered paying too much? If it was a GTS I wouldnt think it a big deal. Its not a GTS. Inherenly a GTS is worth conciderably more as they are rarer and more sought after. And a converted 240sx-silvia realy doesnt count because its not like sr powered s series chassis came to this country. GTS corollas did. Its like having a 69 camero. Not worth a whole lot, but a 69 Camero SS convertable is worth a fortune. You could easily make a standard camero convertable a SS clone, but its not the same.
