Fs: JDM Ver7 STI goldies 17x7.5 ET53 with Bridgestone PlayZ PZX
Need my car to corner harder, gonna order some 17x9's so these need to go first.
I ordered these thru osakajdmmotors in Quebec canada earlier this year. I wanted them since they will clear the FHI 4pots and the Sti brembos. I went a diff route on the brake swap so these became a moot point. However, I want to run 255/40s and these can't fit them... So, here you go.
I paid $1100 shipped for them. Only used them for 6000 miles. Tires are jdm-only Bridgestone playZ 225/45/17 and grip very well for a 225 summer tire. They are a harder compound and are kinda slippery when stone cold. Warmed up, they allowed me to pull 0.95g lateral while running the Tail of the Dragon in Deals gap... So they are good, but I want more. They have approx 6-7/32" left out of 9/32" new. So over half tread remaining.
The wheels do have blemishes, one scuff on a spoke and a 1" piece of rash on a lip. I scrubbed out the barrels and are pretty clean inside but there are bits of caked on brake dust that need to be chipped off. Otherwise, these are straight and clean.
$1000 firm and be one of the few, if not only, kids on v7 goldies. They def turn heads.
