what exactly do you need it for? STI driveshaft if the same length as any automatic subaru drive shaft, just might need to notch the holes for the diff out a little. But they obviously aren't as strong, even though I've never seen anyone shear a driveshaft anyway.

go with an aluminum driveshaft; noticeable improvement.

 

i was thinking about that useing the aluminum ds, but not thrilled about beating the mounts out of the way.

i talked to phil at andrew tech today and he said sti drive shaft are good for 500. just incase anybody else was wondering.

 

meh, they don't go out all that often, even in really high hp dds.

the alum. driveshaft is very light, strong, and the fitment isn't bad at all.

makes the car feel much more peppy and torquey, too.
