fs garrett g40 turbo brand new and wheels 4 100

i have a brand new garrett gt4088 with ur choice of turbine housing 81 a/r or 63 a/r $850

and 4 16 inch enkei wheels rp01 $200

its new ,the car has not been finished it has no fuel system ,its rusty because of the rain of this passed weeks from the hurrican it was humid in my garage , the housing it still grey and the turbine still shiny no carbon on it ,if u look at it in person ,oil never went threw it
