make sure you get a dual syncro trans that comes from a 98 z32tt im am sure of this year but there mayb other years that offered the dual syncro its ftw

I have a friend with a 91 TT Transmission you can have for 300 I believe just over 100k miles, my friend upgraded to the aforementioned 99 Jspec transmission with dual synchros and is trying to get rid of this one. Let me know if you're interested.
