my 240 doesnt want to idle it is turning over and starting but only if i pump the gas. what is wrong help me out.

try the nissan infinity tech formus i think youll get more responses than in the nissan for sale forum..

Keep the car running like that until it reaches normal operating temp, once its in closed loop it should idle fine, if not its ur tps or iac. this will take a good 3-5 minutes of just sitting there and revving it and keeping it alive until its warm. This is the most basic thing u can do unless u have the right test tools such as a fluke or somthing.

mine was doing this on an sohc because the injector seal were bad and sucking in too much air cost like 15 bucks to fix check it out

dont forget could be a fuel problem aswell if the "Warming up" doesnt cut it....also take a look at ur fuel pump ~MAtt
