yup. shoots huge flames, and when it rains it shoots about an 8 ft plume of water lol

why would you need to get rid of the cutout?

I'm going to take some pics now so you guys can see the clearances and stuff.. the turbo is still on the car

 

heres a pic of the o2 housing, plenty of clearance to the a/c compressor. The downpipe is just a modified megan with a vband clamp

The second pic is what the turbo kit looks like right now.. the coating stuff has come off from getting wet.. I can have it re-coated for you if you'd like
