I'm assuming you mean is the $45 the cost for a refinished valve cover, as opposed to the cost to refinish a valve cover (the difference being that I provide the valve cover in the first sense, while you provide the valve cover in the second sense). If this is the case, then, yes, it comes with the valve cover.

However, if you're asking whether a valve cover comes with a valve cover, I don't know what to say.

You can pick one up from me when I'm assured that you're actually going to buy one. I don't refinish these unless I know someone is coming to pick one up.

For example, if I refinished one in black for you, and you did not show up, I would be stuck with a black valve cover that may not sell, as other people may not want a black valve cover. Now, I could strip and refinish the black one, but then I would have stripped, refinished, polished, stripped, refinished, and polished one valve cover for $45. That's a lot of work for $45.

Since I've never met you, nor have I ever spoken online with you (except for within this thread), I am a bit uneasy about refinishing the valve cover without at least some payment in advance.

At this point, I will PM you. But, I thought what preceded this was important information for anyone else who might want a refinished valve cover. If I know you, this does not apply, though.

I can vouch for the quality of the valve covers, bought one like the black one in the pic ( might even be the exact same one) and it looks great. Very well done and hasnt faded or anything yet. Great quality valve covers at a good price.
