i need another tranny for my db1. has to be 5 speed manual for rs/ls.
has to shift smooth with no grinds or pop-outs

no thanks on the b16 tranny. i like the stretched out gears.
as for the a1 tranny, it's what i'm looking for, but deltona is like 2 hours from me. i'm looking for something around the clearwater/st pete area if possible

I have a trans from my DA that I'll let go for $125, but I am in Gainesville. It has a very slight grind going into fifth, only at 7,000+ RPMs. And if you're wondering why I had it that high...because it used to be bolted to a B16A; no power lower end, :) . I am willing to meet maybe half way if you're interested.

really like the price. but the drive is way too long. how fast were you going? must've been a crazy race
