You will need the brackets also. makes for a clean/ easy install. I have one of the plastic covers and both brackets.. They are silly expensive at the dealership.

i found a guy willing to sell the panels to me for $45 trying to see if i can em cheaper and closer

yeah, i got 2 fronts and a 800w 12" in the back. just doesnt sound right.
