No pics but it's just your typical steering wheel with airbag, no wires cut. There is no leather coming off due to sun/sweat. LMK

I have a 96 Honda Civic EX, all I really need is the airbag, but if I can find a wheel setup with working airbag in good condition I'll buy it. On a budget right now, so anything more than 100 bucks would have to wait a week or so. Send me a PM if you have anything! Thanks!
