2003 TR Mach 1 For Sale
It is a torch red 5-speed. I purchased the car in April 2010 with roughly 57,000 miles and it is currently at 81,5xxx, a good bit of which have been highway miles. It has spent it's entire life in Florida with the exception of a year and a half in College Station, TX from the summer of 2010 through the spring of 2012. The vechile is accident-free(reported or otherwise), has a clean title in hand, and has only seen snow once consisting of 2 inches in Texas which it spent parked until the snow melted. It has also never had a power adder of been ripped into, the only mods ever done to the car consist of regular bolt-on's and suspension work.
It has been well maintained and has given me zero problems with the exception of a dead battery about a year ago. I am only selling the car because my father wants to get rid of his 2012 5.0 for a truck and is giving me a deal on it. No trades other than a like new Dodge Ram 1500 or something similar and new. Cash on my end would of course not an issue. It a definitely a clean car, albeit it does have the typical wear and tear you could correlate with an 80k mile vechile. It has only been to the track once and ran an 8.4 in the 1/8th with full weight, a poor 60' time, and the stock catted H pipe and Flowmasters. It should run high 7's in the 1/8th with tires and a launch and mid 12's in the 1/4. Mods: Exhaust: O/R prochamber Magnaflow catback SLP 3.5" exhaust tips Drivetrain- FRPP 4.10 gears FRPP aluminum drivehaft Suspension- Eibach pro kit Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors Maximum Motorsports caster camber plates Tokico shocks and struts Other: JLT straight-shot intake Diablo 93 performance tune 5% tint all around I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff, PM me with any questions. The KBB value is right at 12.4k in 'good' condition private party, I am asking $12,500 OBO. Car is located in Tampa, FL. Pictures will be up soon. As of now this HDR cell phone pic is the only one I currently have on my computer: http://i45.tinypic.com/r8xlvn.jpg Thanks! |

Waiting for pics Ford put new ratios in the TR-3650 which lowered the highway RPM sometime in the middle of the '99-04 gen but I don't remember when specifically, I want to say mid 2001 but I could be wrong. It might of been when they went from the T-45 to the TR-3650, I'm sure someone else could weigh in on this. If your car was made before the ratios were changed it will probably be a couple hundred RPM's higher at any given RPM. I've heard those without the revised ratios turn 3k @ 80 mph with 4.10's. Pics should be up tomorrow or Saturday. |
