Reason for selling is that I had a GT engine swapped in this summer(see:My V6 to V8 swap thread... - 3.8 Mustang Message Board) and the buyer I had for both engine and trans backed out without giving me any advance warning so everything is back up for sale.

why wouldnt it be? ford used the fox design for 20 some years.

the short block is about it...94-98 are similar enough, as well as 99-04. swapping between the two is a pita.

 

Swapping OBD1 to OBD2 is a pita.
