Need now! E46 2002 325ci mass air flow sensor. Cash in hand!

Car has left me stranded twice I only found out it is mass airflow sensor. And second I unplug it car purrs like a kitten but it's eating up to much gas. I'm in Tampa visiting family I'm up and it's 6:22 and I'm awake ready to pick up now. Need this to get me and my son around but can't afford new one at autozone.
