I'd check it for boost leaks or something I did 419 on the same setup but stock intercooler. But congrats on the finished project.

Unsure of the setup details...
Tuned on SAFC with a bad alt. Voltage was dropping every pull ! Last pull it dropped to 11.8 on dyno !
