I bought a 92 flare side pick up off craigslist for cheap with bad paint, and as is my luck lost oil presure on the drive home. One new oil pump and sending unit and life is good again. The truck has now been rattlecanned primer till my lazy ass gets it painted, the stock color is pink but I'm really think about a differet color like a dark gary. The truck is aod with a i6 and I was think about a budget 302 or 351 but now I'm think of just stick with the 6 till it dies and just dumping money in a mustang fund for a new toy this spring. I have a cheap f150 that would br a good donor truck, evreything is there. Drive it home for $600

I'm thinking about keeping it now and doing a I6 build to see how far i can get it.

 

Painted the inside of my truck bed flat black today over that ugly pink color it was before. And painted all my different colored steel wheels flat black so they would match. Tommorow i will make a run to the u pull it for a couple of odds and ends and see if I can find anything good out there.

 

Fixed a vaccum leak and now have ice cold ac.
