Thanks guys


I got my intake in today. Here is the intake and some turbo plumbing mocked up and in the car. Man, you just don't know, I feel like a kid at Christmas! I still got a long way to go, but it seems like it has come a long way in the last several weeks.



Edit: adding pic with some valve covers I borrowed from a friend. I was curious to see if it would keep the intake from looking so tall.

Wow, coming along quickly bud! Keep it up!

This may be a silly question; but why is it that the metal work (most) seems to only be tack welded? Also, is that cage going to be certifiable/legal? Just looks a little different than what I'm used to seeing.

^ if you do a solid bead then the sheet metal will warp. thats why they tack weld it.
