6 year 1979 Civic Honda Build K20A2

This car started its life as a humble 1979 Honda Civic, but a six-year build has turned it into a 260-horsepower demon of a car. It now sports a Honda K20A2 twin cam that came from an Acura RSX Type-S along with a list of additional modifications inside and out that make this a whole new car.
The build took place in Florida, but the Honda Civic has made its way across the pond to Europe where it’s currently being offered up for sale in Bleiswijk, Netherlands. You’ll find it on AutoScout24 for about $19,445, which is likely a lot less than what it cost to complete the build in the first place.

The interior looks stock, except for the aftermarket shift knob and leather upholstery with OEM stitching on factory seat frames. It’s very spartan and hides the truly amazing bits which are all about performance.
Along with the K20A2 there are also upgraded internals, valvetrain, large bore individual throttle bodies and a standalone, programmable ECU that all bring this unassuming little car up to its impressive 260 horsepower. It also took the RSX’s 6-speed gearbox and has Wilwood discs and calipers to manage the nearly 400% increase in power.

There are some clean cars still out there but most people don't want to sell them.
A little like the retirees don't want to sell their '57 Chevy. lol
