i finished sanding the last coat of filler. since there has been so much bare metal exposed and some sheet metal used in the shaving process i decided to coat the bare spots with a rust preventative/treatment. this product is made by loctite and got great reviews and was recommended to me by multiple people. it becomes a primer after applied and levels out. the brush strokes visible in the picture are not textured, just colored. everything is ready for primer and primer should go on this weekend. im sure there will be a few small touch up spots that will be more apparent after primer is down.
