Is this fixable?
 
Am I going to have to get a new paint job or is there anyway to fix this?

On the hood, are those chips you are trying to show there? If so, then yes, it is possible to "fix" them or atleast make them less obvious using something like Dr. Colorchip.

The door handle is pretty scratched up but it possible to atleast make it less disctracting to your eye.

This can most likely be removed entirely with a good machine polish.

the last two pictures LOOK like they may not be fixable, only hidden. the very last picture is pretty much non-fixable.

Keep in mind, these are only photos so I cant give you an exact answer, but these are just my opinions based on what I can see from the photos. Hope this helps, thanks for posting!
