Is this fixable?
Am I going to have to get a new paint job or is there anyway to fix this?

If so, then yes, it is possible to "fix" them or atleast make them less obvious using something like Dr. Colorchip. Driver door handle, but all the handles look similar: http://www.up2pic.com/?di=3129531091414 The door handle is pretty scratched up but it possible to atleast make it less disctracting to your eye.
