cheap turbo help
i was going to pik up a cheap little turbo kit on ebay...it comes with all the piping and manifolds, cheap t3/t4 turbocharger(that will eventually be changed) etc.
any shops that can do this basic instalation...im not planning on running more than 7-10 MAX!!!
this will be on a 1996 mx6 v6

im getting a new car after grad. and just want to be able to say i have a turbo car,...even if it is only a few pounds of boost..lol

save the cash and the headache and do it right after you graduate.
what's the point of being able to say "i have a turbo car" when you're running a couple of pounds through a garbage ebay system that will probably run like shit anyways? save your cash/time/sweat for when you have a better car and better funding to do it correctly.

+1 on the you get what you pay for do it right 7 to ten pounds still requires a tune and work do it right...

you seem new to tuning cars, ebay kits are crap unless you buy a new turbo and manifold right away and sell the new ebay turbo and mani actually the wastegates will leak and the bov suck too so nvm dont even waste your money just hook a 100 shot tune your air/fuel ratios, and then get a easy car to mod 1g eclipse could be a good starter turbo car

well it comes with everything but a wideband o2 sensor (i believe) i was going to change the the turbo from the crap one to a better one about 2 weeks after purchase. or until i get paid before install. so basically screw it?
