Default Which pill to to reduce oil pressure in turbo

does anyone have experience with doing this? i know there is a specific NOS pill people use to lower the oil pressure thru the oil feed line in the turbo. i was just curios as to which pill people use. im using a 3an feed line if that helps.

i dont know where to start. thats kinda what im asking. i dont want to starve the turbo from oil, but i want to take a decent step down in pressure and i want to know whats safe. all im really asking for is the type of pill and the number for it(based on experience and knowledge, not a random guess) thats it. thanks

i dunno if he's using a ball-bearing turbo, but bb turbos don't like high oil pressure. so you throw the pill in the line to lower the oil pressure.
