Photoshoot location ideas in Tampa Bay

Looking to do a photo shoot of my car somewhere in the Tampa Bay. Id like to find an abandoned or run down building or something like that where i can contrast the clean car next to the dirty surroundings. Any good ideas or locations would be appreciated!
