Need suggestion for small paint fix

I've got a small (nickel size) paint scuff on the bumper of my white grand cherokee anyone know a good, affordable paint guy to touch up ?

In the pile of postings, yours went un noticed for a bit.

Look at SamCrac's Dominos Pizza Car restoration, he does some paint work on a white car and you may get a start in the right direction.
