Default How much to fix the CF hood?

The cracks like you see near the top left corner are in about 3-5 other spots on the hood. Can this be fixed my reclearing the hood? What is the price I am looking at to fix the hood. I also have 2 corners that are at the top of the hood that is missing. I have one of the corners that broke off when getting it out of the trunk, it was only hanging by a thread so I took it off incase anyone needs it to make a mold.

I just ordered some hood pins today, they should be coming in on Tuesday.

Cant be fixed with clear. It could be repaired but the hood would have to be painted body color. The repair would not match the carbon pattern well enough to clear only

Why can't it be cleared? I don't know other then what others have said that it can be fixed.

Oh it "can" be cleared again but it wont be fixed. Hood is trashed. You will see all those cracks again.

The odds that you are right are really high. Besides the price to some what fix it would be half of the cost of a new hood with no hassle. So that is my option, I'll just buy a new one.

I hear ya, I'd like you to look at it and see if the corners could be repaired.
