Default Filler question?

Can I use filler or glaze on a plastic bumper like I can on metal?I'm going to fill in some chips and knicks, but all I have is some Evercoat metal glaze and some 3M putty.Should I get some type of plastic putty? Thanks

I just use a good qaulity filler. I dont like to use it on the bare bumper material though. I scuff the old finish and glaze over that.

I like epoxy prime on that bumper material,or a plastic prep of some kind. Then fill over that.
