Default Body Work

I have the paint angle taken care of through the rustoleum paint job, but I have some body work that needs to be done, as well. Does anybody have any links to good resources on learning about body work?

I have little dents everywhere that I can just bondo over without too much trouble. My main issue is a huge dent in the rear driver's quarter panel. It goes in a few inches and has a folded seam that has split the paint right along the wheel arch. I tried pounding it out from the inside way back when I first dented it by drilling a hole in the interior metal and sticking a screwdriver through to hit with a hammer. It popped it out a little bit but started to dent the metal out in the shape of the screwdriver so I stopped. I'm not sure how to bang this dent out flat enough to put a thin layer of bondo over it.

pic?, you need a slide hammer/ stud gun, and some hammers adn dollys, but if the metal is streteched too much you may want to consider replacement cause you will never get it stright. Pics would help tho.

I'll take pics tomorrow if I can get some batteries for my camera. Having to replace the metal- does that mean cutting the old metal out and welding in new? I have an oxyacetylene setup and mig welder but that sounds tricky.

My car has been at the alignment shop. As soon as I get it back I can get a pic.
