I didn't think they were different, but anyway, I have one.

 

I think thats still a 60 amp alt...I can be wrong...next time your at a store ..have them look one up and check the amps...If it is 60 amps...You should upgrade also..the good ones are 80 amps...

Which is like a FCS5

 

Ya the S4 are 60amps and the S5 are actually 70amp I believe. There was some info going around that the S5 was 80, but I've heard that was incorrect. I put one on my car though, helped quite a bit.

 

I dont need this alt any more.
