Looking to get another S-chassis. Testing the waters to see if there's any interest. Want to trade my mint 1993 Subaru Legacy Turbo. It's white with black interior. Car is in amazing shape. ~140k on it. *TRADED* - CLOSE THREAD

Performance/Aesthetic Mods:
Tein HA Coilovers w/ Group N mounts from a GC8 Impreza
BBS RX 16 inch wheels - good tires
Legacy RS jdm badging
WRX top mount intercooler
Manual boost controller - 10psi
Custom hard intake pipe with resonator box delete
K&N Filter
STI cat back exhaust - decatted middle cat
Nardi wheel from GC8 STI

New stock/maintenance parts:
Water temp sensor
knock sensor
air flow meter
timing belt
water pump
timing belt tensioners and idler pullies
oem radiator
left rear axle

Car runs like a champ, no smoking. Its a grip monster. Zero wheelspin ever. The interior looks new. It pulled on a mazdaspeed 3, but thats about all I've raced. I would say its about as fast as a stock wrx. Its a blast in the dirt. I did afew rally-x with it, I just want another S-chassis to play with. Its what I'm familiar with.

Now for the few bad points. 2nd gear grinds if you try and jam it real hard. Shift normally, and you won't even notice. Could try that subaru tranny fluid cocktail everyone talks about, but I'm too lazy. Also has minor dings and dents, but paint is original and shiny. Only fading is on the rear spoiler. Also, no radio, keeping it for whatever I get to replace this. Stock wiring is there.

Only have few recent pictures I took when I was moving and had the subaru towed to my new house (had to drive my other car, and towing is free with AAA haha) The other picture is older, from a rallyx before the coilovers. I'll take more pics this weeekend.

 

*forgot to mention* car has ice cold A/C. And any trade must have functioning A/C. This was my daily, and I need whatever I trade for to be a good daily.

and thanks for bringing that up, for those who don't know this is the most baller bottom end on any factory subaru. 2.2l closed deck, strong pistons and rods, awesome stuff. get a big turbo and this car becomes stupid fast. you can bolt twin cam wrx heads on it as well. this bottom end, plus twin cam heads, is very similar to the motor that came in the impreza 22b.

i wanna throw something other than the m3 sideways. yeah I'm a pussy, whatever. although jesus its so easy to swing it out in that car. burning through 275/18's hurts though pretty much just play with it in the rain.

 

I'd rock the shit out of that Subie but being a typical S13 owner, mine are all busted.

 

as much as i like beating on E46's, i don't really think it's a fun vehicle to drift. you're making the right decision

 

might be interested in your hatch if you're looking to trade it? if you threw in some money on top for 5 speed conversion... looks nice except the automatic part. everything else work on it? (specifically a/c)
