Default Sr20det crazy issues?????

Ok so im having a superr hard time trying to figure this out.. i know blah blah its a 240/sr it could be anything but on a serious note im pretty stumped and i need to figure it out..
i currently run an S13 sr with a GT28-71R, 810cc injectors, RS-Enthalpy tune on a z32maf

my car was having these issues before i did all the mods to.

When i start my car on a cold start it surges or just idles kinda high like 1700/2000rpm untill it reaches opp temp. once i am at temp it idles smooth but there are light putts in the exhaust sound like its misfiring or something... Then if i give it throttle it wants to bog down then rev up... like it sounds like it sucks air in the intake and chokes then revs up...its hesitating the first split second before i give it throttle.

Another issue is when i am driving (does this if car is sitting to) if i go under load and just let off the throttle and let the rpms drop it just shuts the car off.. completely dies... Last time i was at CFRC it got really hairy because when i started to notice it happening was when i was following Miles.. I would start to ebrake and that second i would have my foot on the clutch my rpms would just fall and shut the car off... so i just dumped the clutch and started it up to avoid crashing lol after that i just couldint figure out why my car was running like this... and that was on a t25 stock setup..

at the moment i dont have an AFR mine took a crap so im going to just hook a friends up to see how its running... but it allmost seems like its leaning out? I have checked a few small things like my injecor o-rings, and my grounds but everything checks out good.. idk what else it could be so anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?

Check TPS voltage.
Recirculate your blow off valve or change to one that doesn't leak.

i meant 7.5 Ohms and its supposed to be at 10 ohms at WOT
you should have ~5v from your harness to your TPS

As dumb as this may sound, do you have a coil pack ground plate hooked up?

nope i have have it grounded to the valve cover.. actually i tried switching it to the intake plenum to still runs the same.. ill check the tps any other ideas of what this could be? like i said its been doing this before i swaped the turbo and re did the motor and stuff it runs good for the most part.. just the car dies and the hesitation is just irking me out... if i drive the car it pulls hard and drives pretty smooth does not buck or do anything weird... i dont dog on her all the time just was seeing if it acted up if i got rough with her..

The Bov is new i ran No-bov before now i run a tial, and tial external wastegate still does the same thing... plugs are new Bkr7e's
