Default !!! Headers grinding steering column. Suggestions?

I just installed these headers on my 240sx. One of the blocked off O2 sensor holes is grinding against a piece of my steering column when I turn the wheel a certain way.
Seriously, all I need is maybe a 1/4" gap and the shit will stop.

Any idea why this is happening?
Please help, and thanks.

You're going to have to cut that port/bung off and get it welded shut. I have no clue why that would be placed there in the first place.

My suggestion is dont buy ebay headers in the future.

^+1 changing tired old motor mounts might fix it also. I had a hotshot header back in the day and it was awesome. I hear dc sports makes a really nice ka header too if you want to drop the coin on it.

my lag is your courtesy head start

ATTENTION.... installing a head gasket, head studs or pistons and rods in your otherwise STOCK engine dose not make it a "built" engine! stop listing you cars for sale saying they are built when its not!!
