yea, its completely normal for oil to be in intercooler piping. Its an intricate process that allows portions of the engines oil to pass threw the intercooler thereby cooling both air and oil, where the oil is then brought back into the engine threw IC piping, into the intake manifold and then straight into the combustion chamber. im jk, your screwed.

all of these posts about your car... seems like it's having some problems... serious ones...
oil in the FMIC and piping would indicate that the oil seals in your turbo are bad... i had the same problem (previous owner boosted a T25 to 24.5lbs, blew the ring lands on the No. 2 piston as well...).... usually a result of over boosting the turbo... what MAX PSI have you had it up to? and if you over boosted the turbo, it might be a good idea to go ahead and do a compression test to see how healthy your motor is... the PSI's shouldn't be any than 15 PSI apart per cylander..
good luck with it bro...

^--Absolutely right. My brother had the same problem on his integra. Got the turbo rebuilt, no more oil in the IC.
This usually means your turbo is starting to go. There's a few places you can take it to get rebuilt... That is of course if its journal bearing.
