ok so im pulling a DOHC motor out of my 91 s13 i have everything ready to pull but the question is (where do i hook the chains of the engine lift too) its a blown motor rod came out. if you can get a picture showing where they hook up that would be nice cuz i need to put the newer one in without breaking something.. thanks..

just wrap one around the intake mani and one on teh exhaust mani.. or you can get the bolts and screw them into the block and lift that way... they are by the rear of the exhaust mani. Either way, it's a simple job.

the bolts wont brake trust us. put the bolts (top/bottom) through the chain before bolting it in. then just pump slowly. watch out for the radiator and steering rack

for 1,600 i compression check it when it was warm test drove it the only problem was that it lagged at 2500rpm i thought it was a easy fix guess not. he had to know what was wrong it thats why he sold it he told me the timing chain needed to be replaced. well shit happens. and i cant kick his ass he livess to far away. dont take ur chances with him
