so i was thinkin about buying a cold air intake for my 200sx se but first of all idk were to buy them besides egay... and two i need to see if i can find a place that they install them... and for about how much...

any suggestions ...

auto zone/advance might be able to order you an AEM one...
Do you know what brand you are looking for?

you also might consider messaging paul kersey, I know he did the 200sx/sentra thing for a bit... he might know a little better details for ya...

 

i wouldnt even bother.
it wont make any more power, and wont help anything.

only thing id do is a jwt pop charger. or k&n filter in oem airbox.

 

what do you mean it wont give it any power... im guessing a cold air intake would give it at least a few more horses... and for the air filter dont you have to make your own piece becuse ive been trying to look for those but non of them fit the size of the air intake

 

yes. i believe kersey means that its pointless because YES you do get like 3 more horses, but its nothing that will make you notice a difference in your car.

 

you wont even mqake 3hp.
if anything it hurts power.

trust me, stock airbox, k&n filter.
might not make you cool at the local car meet. but it will make more power than any other intake on that piece of shit motor.

 

try going to advanced auto parts(discount auto parts) and by you a k & n short ram intake for you that bolts up with no complications thats what i did to my first 240 and gained a good amount of horsepower not sure what but could surely feel the difference. good luck
