Unhappy 200sx Clouded Headlights

How can I clear up these headlights without spending 100 bucks for a kit. Is there anything I can purchase at NAPA or something? Or do I have to just buy replacements. Since its a 98 replacements cost a kings ransom and I want to avoid this if at all possible.

3M Perfect-it II always works wonders for me (it's a rather aggressive rubbing compound).

the first thing i would try is polishing compound with a powerball, you can also try brake fluid(dont get it on the paint) if that doesnt work then you can wetsand it then put a clear coat on it
